Severe weather has caused significant damage across the region. The National Weather Service has confirmed multiple tornado touchdowns. Two tornadoes touched down in Wayne County, one of which later moved into Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

Details are available for one of the tornadoes, which touched down in Lincoln Park. It was rated EF-0 with peak winds of 70 MPH and was on the ground for approximately one minute. The tornado caused damage to trees and electrical transmission lines.
