Young people's communication styles are being defined by unique words and phrases. A crash course in Gen Alpha slang was recently offered, breaking down the language used by today's youth. Campers and counselors participated in the lesson, sharing examples of slang terms.

Some of the terms discussed include "low key", "ate that up", "skibidi", "rizz", and "mewing". Mewing reportedly refers to working on one's jawline to appear attractive, or a "sigma", as opposed to "chopped", which has the opposite meaning.

Further details about Gen Alpha slang and the crash course are available in a video featuring Jeffrey Lindblom.
