Three men have been arrested and charged in connection with a shooting that left one man dead and another injured. The incident occurred at an apartment complex, where a 39-year-old man was found outside with a gunshot wound to his hand. Deputies also found multiple bullet holes and a shattered storm door at the apartment's front entrance, as well as spent shell casings on the ground.
